Among the usual attractions of warehouse-conversion residency -- exposed structural components, brick walls, the original windows, here double-hung, high ceilings -- the 540 Beatty new-home project has a couple of added, and first-in-Vancouver, entrance-and-exit attractions.
A car-elevator will expedite parking for some of the residents. And the nine penthouses will have garage doors, some of them two, that with a push of a button will open their living room to their patios, decks or terraces.
